Where transparency, mental health, and community meet

What we do

Our practice specializes in compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals navigating the effects of trauma. We understand that trauma can shape how you experience relationships, safety, trust, and even your own body. Whether your experiences stem from childhood adversity, relational trauma, abuse, accidents, medical trauma, grief, or high-stress environments, we provide a safe and grounded space for healing.

Our Approach

We take a trauma-informed perspective in every aspect of care. This means:

  • Prioritizing emotional and physical safety

  • Moving at a pace that feels manageable

  • Supporting nervous system regulation

  • Building skills for stability before processing painful memories

  • Respecting your autonomy and choice throughout treatment

We integrate modalities such as EMDR, somatic-based interventions, parts work, attachment-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral approaches tailored to each client’s needs. Therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and culturally responsive.

Who We Work With

We support adults experiencing:

  • Post-traumatic stress and complex trauma

  • Anxiety and panic related to past events

  • Dissociation or emotional numbing

  • Relationship difficulties rooted in attachment wounds

  • Shame, guilt, or negative core beliefs

  • Burnout, compassion fatigue, and high-stress careers

Healing from trauma is possible. Our goal is not just symptom reduction, but helping you reconnect with a sense of safety, meaning, and empowerment in your life.

What to Expect

Therapy begins with an in-depth intake to understand your history, goals, and current challenges. Together, we create a personalized treatment plan. Individual sessions are typically 50–60 minutes, with extended sessions available when appropriate for trauma processing work.

We strive to create a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental environment where healing can unfold safely and at your pace.

Why Cash-Pay?

We are a private pay (cash-only) practice and do not bill insurance. This allows us to:

  • Protect your privacy (no mental health diagnoses shared with insurance companies)

  • Avoid limitations on session length or number of sessions

  • Provide individualized treatment without insurance restrictions

  • Offer greater flexibility in care planning

Payment is due at the time of service. We can provide a superbill upon request for clients who wish to pursue out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider.
